A university professor starts to lose his eyesight and begins to fear his world is slipping away. Could a dream keep alive his memories of what he holds dear?  John who has recently lost his sight began to record his diary onto tape. He is concerned that he no longer can remember what his wife Rosalind looks like.

Director Biography: Kasra Karimi, filmmaker and the founder of Stranger Than Paradise Productions Limited Kasra is a London based filmmaker and a Master Graduate in Film and Television production from Bristol University. Kasra started his career in BBC World Service in London, UK and has edited and filmed award-winning documentaries for BBC. He also has collaborated with a number of leading creative film and television companies across the UK and US. His works have been featured on BBC 1, BBC 2 and BBC News. He has made a number of award-winning shorts himself. In summer 2017 Kasra wrote and directed a short film ‘A Pinprick of Light’.The film was produced by Stranger Than Paradise Productions and its story was inspired by the life of John M. Hull who lost his sight in the early 1980s and began to record his diary onto tape. Kasra has previously directed The 8th Person (2009), Trials of an Impure Heart (2011) and Far From Any Home (2014).
